The Nikhtish Story

The story of Nikhtish began in 2008, when industry veteran Vikas Topkar set out to build more than just a company. His dream was to create an organisation that delivered smart, value-driven air filtration solutions while nurturing a workplace where people felt inspired, protected and motivated to produce quality consistently.

Inspired by his sons Nikhil and Nitish, after whom the company was named, Vikas laid a strong foundation rooted in innovation and integrity. Over the years, Nikhil and Nitish joined the mission, strengthening the vision and pushing it beyond boundaries.

With its corporate office in Pune, India, Nikhtish has grown from a homegrown venture to a brand trusted by clients across the globe. As Nikhil puts it, his purpose was always clear:

With 15+ years of expertise in air filtration, Nikhtish has expanded into a robust product line including CBRNE filters and systems, HEPA and Pre-Fine Filters, Terminal Filter Housings, Centrifugal Blowers, and precision fabrication components. The company’s focus on research and development ensures that it stays ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

In 2020, Nikhtish took a major leap by forming a global joint venture with Arcotech 360 Global Ltd. (Israel) to establish Arconik International Pvt. Ltd. With a shared focus on CBRNE ventilation and filtration solutions, the partnership has achieved remarkable milestones, collaborating with distributors worldwide and supplying critical solutions across regions that need them most.
